Personalised/custom orders may take longer, and lead times can extend during peak periods.

For new logos/designs, we'll email a digital proof for approval before production. We aim to send proofs within 12 hours of your order.

For orders placed after 12:00, the 12 hour window starts from 09:00 on the next working day.

Please check all details carefully—once you approve the proof, we can't accept responsibility for errors.

Prices include one left chest DTF print in a single position. Additional prints/positions are price on application—contact us for a quote.

Returns are accepted at our discretion, except where we've supplied goods that don't match your order.

We will replace customised items if they're faulty; otherwise, customised items are non-returnable.
